My name is Lorraine Barker and I am the face behind Change Hypnotherapy. I am married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. My background is in Early Years I have been a Nursery Manager in 3 busy nurseries working with children under 5 which I loved. I left Early Years at the end of 2018 after 30 years; although I was sad to leave the children I felt it was time for a Change.

My first experience with Hypnotherapy was as a client, I suffered with anxiety and stress for years, preventing me living my life to the full. I loved the experience I got from the Hypnotherapy sessions and the techniques the therapist taught me helped me deal with the anxiety. I wanted to share these techniques with family, friends and the wider community so I enrolled in the National Council for Hypnotherapy Diploma at Life Clinics in Faversham.
